How Does The Skyring Platinum Fixed Income Fund Work?
Put simply, the Fund’s mandate is to provide investment exposure to quality loan investment opportunities in the commercial, industrial, residential, and retail property sectors as well as growing businesses throughout Australia secured by mortgages over property and/or business assets.
Skyring Securities was established to operate a lending business using proceeds from the issue of notes to the Fund.
The Fund invests in secured redeemable notes issued by Skyring Securities Pty Ltd. Here are some of Skyring Securities’ strict investment requirements:

| Asset Diversity | Loans can be made for property purchase, property development, business growth, business acquisition. |
| Secured Assets | Each loan is secured by a first ranking and/or subsequent mezzanine securities over real property and/or a first ranking general security interest over business assets. |
